A&S

Attila & Suzana

The team behind CQC Registration Support

Practical registration support, straightforward advice and documents prepared around the care service you want to establish.

Our Background

Care experience behind the consultancy

Attila is a Registered Nurse with experience working in care services, from frontline care roles through to nursing and management. That experience shapes how we approach registration: the paperwork matters, but so does understanding how a care service will operate safely in practice.

Together, we run CQC Registration Support to provide practical guidance to people starting or developing care businesses. We know that the registration process can feel complicated, particularly when you are also organising staffing, premises, training and the day-to-day arrangements for a new service.

Our aim is to make the preparation more manageable. We help you work through the requirements, organise your documents and identify issues that may need attention before or during your application. We do not make registration decisions; that responsibility sits with CQC.

What We Do

Supporting New Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Providers

Our consultancy focuses on registration preparation for providers in England, including services planning to carry on the regulated activity of personal care. Not all supported living services need CQC registration; this depends on the activities being provided.

Statements of Purpose and supporting registration documents

Care policies, business plans and staff training plans

Registered Manager interview preparation

The documents and support included depend on the service or package purchased. See our Services & Pricing page for the current scope and fees.

How We Work

Our Approach to CQC Registration Support

Clear communication, realistic expectations and preparation that reflects the care service you are planning to provide.

Practical experience

Our advice is informed by real experience of working in care services, including frontline care, nursing and management. We focus on what providers need to put in place, not just what needs to be written down.

Support tailored to your service

A domiciliary care agency and a supported living service may share registration requirements, but they do not operate in exactly the same way. We adapt our guidance and documents to the service you are planning.

Clear, straightforward guidance

We explain registration requirements in plain English, identify the information you need to provide and help you prepare for the questions CQC may ask.

Honest expectations

We are independent of CQC and cannot promise approval or a particular decision date. We explain our service scope and fees before work begins.
